Brian Hurtt


Brian Hurtt burst onto the comic scene with the second arc in Greg Rucka's critically acclaimed series Queen & Country. He's not put his pencil down since, lending his illustration skills to the Queen & Country spin-off Declassified, Skinwalker, DC's critically acclaimed Gotham Central, as well as the DC series Hard Time. In 2006 he launched a new creator-owned series with writer Cullen Bunn. Titled The Damned, the series saw Brian pencil, ink, tone, and letter a book for the first time ever. He resides just outside of St. Louis in a room covered in black ink.
